A 31 year old man charged for driving while intoxicated after driving on the wrong side of the road, failure to stop and finally stopping at a bar; A tattooed San Benito woman was charged for theft after stealing a wallet from EZ Pawn with $525 dollars, she returned the wallet to the owner at his home with the money missing and said she had found it, surveillance video showed her taking the wallet.
