The event of the World’s largest taco is an exciting one. I participated in the first one back in 2001. The event erupts with excitement and the festivities have music by noted hispanic groups. The ingredients in the taco are quality, Elias makes sure that the food offered is of top quality. He also hands out coupons for a free treat which brings in new clientele to his restaurant and everyone enjoys the good deed!
Look for the KING’S CAKE during the FAT TUESDAY event when Elias will build the WORLD’S largest King’s Cake in the Guinness Book of Records.
The first big KING’S CAKE was built in Houston City Hall around Hermann Park in January of 2011. You might say everything “IS” big in Texas!
