The Los Ebanos, TX International Ferry crossing closed at 0830 hours, Sunday, June 3, 2012 due to high water levels in the Rio Grande. All local traffic will be re-routed to the nearby surrounding ports of entry at Anzalduas and Rio Grande City, TX ports of entry.Reopening of the ferry crossing depends on when the water is at a safe level for operation.

CBP office of Public Affairs will send out an advisory when the Ferry becomes operational.
