“The 2010 Census is an extremely important number because it means the more residents we count will make our communities eligible to receive more federal funding”, said Rep. Hinojosa. “These funds will mean more roads, hospitals and schools. Remember the information you provide is safe. By law, the Census Bureau cannot share your answers with anyone, including other federal agencies and law enforcement entities. So please make that call and be counted”.
