The municipal court has nearly 37,000 pending arrest warrants worth nearly $10 million dollars.
Violators will have until the end of August to settle their accounts or face round up arrests in September.

AND IT’S A LOOSING BATTLE CAUSE EVERYBODY COVERS THEM WITH SAME BLANKET. I HOPE THAT THERE ARE OTHERS IN THE SAME BOAT THAT I AM IN. WE ARE THE LITTLE PEOPLE, THE LITTLE PEOPLE THAT GET STEPPED ON IN THIS ONCE BEATIFUL CITY, NOW THIS REMINDS ME OF A COMMUNIST WHERE THEY TELL WHAT TO AND HOW TO DO IT. WHAQT HAPPENED TO FREEDOM!!!!!
