Texas Authorized to Activate Public Safety Broadband Network

AUSTIN – The State of Texas this week received authorization by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to begin operating a broadband network that will ultimately enhance public safety communications across the state by providing more data and access to communication resources to first responders than is currently available.
