Portland Police Bureau Cold Case Homicide Unit detectives traveled to Brownsville, Texas over the weekend to arrest 63-year-old Jeffrey Paul Cutlip in connection with a 1975 and a 1977 homicide in Portland, Oregon. Cutlip called Brownsville Police to admit to his involvement in the murders.
AUSTIN – The Trooper Javier Arana Jr. Memorial Monument was dedicated today in El Paso in honor of the fallen trooper, who was killed in a traffic collision March 24.
