Particularly taking the vehicles outside the city. City manager Carlos Yerena is not returning my phone calls. Neither his imbecile assistant city manager Gabe Gonzalez. The city manager was out of town and Gonzalez has not returned my calls since Friday morning. The information has been verified by two city department heads.
