Congressman Rubén Hinojosa announced grants totaling $1,532,199 were awarded to The University of Texas-Pan American in Edinburg, Coastal Bend College in Beeville and Texas State Technical College in Harlingen by the U.S. Department of Education for the Upward Bound Program.

Reward Offered for Fugitive with Aryan Brotherhood Ties

AUSTIN – The Texas Department of Public Safety has added Paul Joseph Borreson, 56, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive list, and a $7,500 cash reward is being offered for information leading to his capture. He is affiliated with the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas gang and has been arrested 46 times in at least 11 states. All tips can be offered anonymously.
