Progreso, Texas – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers at the Donna Port of Entry came in contact with a family of three and intercepted an alleged load of cocaine. CBP officers discovered the alleged narcotics valued at approximately $226,000 concealed under the driver and passengers’ clothing.

McAllen International CarFest Coming

The Annual McAllen International CarFest is coming to the McAllen Convention Center January 27- 29, 2012. Over 300 vehicles in 10 different categories will be on display in the 60,000 square foot indoor exhibit halls and on acres of paved parking lots around the Center.

McALLEN, Texas – A McAllen area insurance agent has been indicted on multiple counts of mail fraud and aggravated identity theft arising from a scheme to defraud several private insurance companies offering Medicare Advantage plans and other insurance products, United States Attorney Kenneth Magidson announced today.
