Veterans Need Help, Real Help

As most you know veterans have been asking for a Veterans Affairs hospital for the area for some time. Some say for over 40 years, some 30 years, etc. and still now the efforts to bring one are still going on. Maybe Congressmen Solomon Ortiz (TX-27) and Ruben Hinojosa (TX-15) do not want us to have a VA hospital. Has anyone ever thought about that? I mean there is such a thing called “protocol”. It means something like hey you have to have my permission before you come into my district. So other members of Congress can not come into their district and submit legislation to solve the issue. Democracy for you.
