I have listened and read the pros and cons of Bass Pro Shops (BPS) move to Harlingen. I see the good things and I see the bad things about our local government making such a large investment in one operation.

A Time For Peace

Almost every day we hear about another violent crime taking place in our neighborhood, or in our cities, and no doubt in our borders. I was shocked to hear the other day that Rodolfo Torre Cantú, a Tamaulipas gubernatorial candidate was killed. I thought to myself, ‘when is all this violence going to end?’

As previously mentioned, it has been almost 2000 years since Christ came to earth to die for our sins. Ever since then, believers in Christ have longed for the day when Jesus will return to earth to fulfill everything that is written.
